Job Opportunity : Customer Service Representative
A client of ours located in Sherwood is looking for a Customer Service Rep. to handle phone and email inquiries, create quotes, input orders, request literature, and perform general office tasks.
About the Company : Established in 1878, this company was among the pioneers in insulating electrical wire and cable in America!
Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
- Serve as primary contact for quotes and information.
- Process non-standard inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely quotes.
- Craft precise client quotes and analyze pricing for competitiveness.
- Coordinate with headquarters for special pricing and items.
- Forward customer questions to Engineering for prompt responses.
- Obtain delivery estimates and monitor stock production.
- Coordinate special customer requests.
- Follow up on credit issues with customers.
- Request advertisement material as needed.
- Undertake office duties and other assigned tasks.
Requirements :
- Customer Service and Relationship Management experience
- Sales experience, preferred
- Competence in general office tasks and willingness to undertake assigned duties.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm but could be flexible
Pay : $40K to $50K a year plus quarterly bonus - about $3,500
