Every piece of equipment is 100% warrantied to meet manufacturer's specifications. Integrity Medical Systems handles every aspect of the transaction, from refurbishing at their 30,000 Square-Foot FDA-Certified facility to installation at the buyer's site.
Role Description
This is a full-time Field Service Specialist role that is a hybrid position located in Fort Myers, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Field Service Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, and customer service including equipment installation, integration, and repairs.
The role requires the ability to travel to different sites and interact with customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting experience with medical equipment and systems
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field is preferred
