We are a maintenance company that handles commercial facilities across the Eastern seaboard. This position is for an office manager for the NC branch.
This job is for someone who can get invested in the work, truly care about the outcomes, and treat everyone they speak to with respect. This role will have direct interaction with clients, vendors, and company technicians.
THE RULE OUT INFO FIRST
Minimum necessary qualifications include:
· Good attitude
· Highly organized, experience with Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication/reading comprehension
· Experience with professional emails and phone calls
· Experience with QuickBooks
DETAILS
· Maintain major commercial accounts
· All duties associated with billing, including job bids
· Coordinate service according to priority and locale
· Occasionally edit contracts for vendors and clients
· Make travel arrangements for employees where necessary
· Keep calendar of appointments for area manager
· Run reports and pursue past due balances
· Enter payroll for 5-10 employees each week
· Interview and hire new employees for office and field work
· Accept and dispatch work orders via email after hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
