Responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection and disposition of components.
- Perform analytical testing such as Spray Pattern testing, measurements, in-process and release testing as per the Quality specification.
- Initiate Discrepant Material Report for non -conformities.
- Participate in equipment qualification and validation.
- Initiate changes to Quality documents in compliance with ISO and cGMP requirements.
- Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR).
- Responsible for the storage and maintenance of production test pieces.
- Maintain and archive Quality documents.
- Assist Production personnel on Quality issues.
- Prepare test solutions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in Quality Control, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the use of inspection tools and blueprint reading
- ISO experience a plus.
- Detail oriented and rigorous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills; strong proficiency in Math.
- Basic proficiency utilizing MS Word and MS Excel.
- Can work independently, self-motivated.
