Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient operation, and implementing strategies to optimize fleet performance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain the condition of the fleet, including regular inspections and maintenance
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with external service providers
- Manage vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency
- Track and analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement
- Manage driver schedules, assignments, and performance
- Oversee driver training programs to ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team of drivers
- Proficient in using fleet management software and systems
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
