Integr8staff Legal seeks a qualified midlevel Associate with law firm experience to join a finance practice group in Los Angeles, CA. The Associate will join the market-leading finance group, with a focus on asset-based lending. Other finance work would include tech lending (such as recurring revenue financings), acquisition and other leverage financings, and venture lending.
The successful applicant must have 3 or more years of transactional finance experience, possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills, and be a member of the California bar.
The salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000, DOE
