Job Title –Inside Sales Representative
Location –Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary of the of the Inside Sales Representative position
Integr8staff seeks a skilled and experienced Inside Sales Representative for our client in the metal distribution industry. The Inside Sales Representative promotes and maintains sales by originating and developing leads and performing sales remotely, over the phone or email to various metal retailers and fabricators.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative position
Responsible for selling products for distribution to business and industrial establishments or individuals at sales office, store, or showroom. Should demonstrate product knowledge.
Serves as the primary contact for customers, maintains customer relationships and addresses all issues with assigned customer base.
Manages assigned customer accounts and builds relationships to grow business opportunities with the customer.
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
Types formal quotations and enters into computer and e-mails to customer.
Proofreads all their sales orders and purchase orders.
Verifies customer confirming with sales orders.
Open new accounts by sending new account form and resale cards to customers for information needed.
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to identify leads to increase the sales of products and services.
Highlights product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities.
Answers customers' questions about products, prices, and availability
Negotiates certain pricing/ agreements, following guidelines and approvals, prepares sales orders.
Follows up with all quotes in a timely manner and according to policy.
Regularly updates on industry knowledge including potential customers, competitors, as well as business trends.

Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative position
1-3 years of relevant metals sales experience
High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience with raw materials, the production processes, and quality control
History of metals industry sales preferred.
Able to read, analyze, and interpret customer quote requests, purchase orders, and internal documents.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
General knowledge of software such as Microsoft Windows Office Suite.
Typing Skills 45-65 wpm.
Able to work with mathematical concepts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Can apply concepts such as fractions to decimals and vice-versa, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situation.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications required.
