Displays or demonstrates product knowledge.Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules.Types part specifications, formal quotations and enters into computer and e-mails to customer.Enter sales orders and transfer orders into computer.Proofreads all their sales and transfer orders.Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.Requirements of the Inside Sales Assistant position
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Bachelor's Degree preferredHave basic mathematical calculation and conversion skills.Strong analytic abilities.Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Ability to coordinate and work independently and in a team.Knowledge of CAD software preferred, but not required.Must be detail oriented
