Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager Assistant for a leading insurance agency. You'll assist the Commercial Account Manager in supporting middle-market commercial clients.
Location : 100% Remote / Work from home
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary $65,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:
- Assist in invoicing policies.
- Handle policy endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
- Provide claims assistance as needed.
- Support Account Managers in completing applications, obtaining quotes, and preparing proposals and presentations.
- Assist in the review of coverage, identifying deficiencies, and determining the appropriate level of coverage.
- Handle accounting inquiries and correct discrepancies.
- Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity.
Requirements:
- Commercial insurance experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty license is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Applied EPIC agency management system is a plus
