Job Summary:

This Production Manager position is responsible for the conversion services production facility.

• Review production orders and schedules to ascertain all related project data in order to plan department operations
• Work with Sales and Project Managers in getting tests and new customers on-boarded
• Work with Sales and Project Managers to review Quotes/POs to make sure everything is in order with the job
• Production planning of operations by establishing priorities and resource requirements across different departments
• Monitor employee throughputs against benchmark thresholds
• Daily delegation and assignment of production tasks
• Review of job output with the Project Manager to ensure customer expectations are met
• Review and approve completed production orders for invoicing
• Analyze production and labor reports to resolve operational, resource or shipping issues to ensure minimum cost implications and prevent operational delays
• Inspect scanners and other related equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization
• Develop or revise standard operational and working practices as needed
• Observe team to ensure compliance with standards
• Manages client materials, data storage/archiving and data removal of old or unnecessary data from Network
• Manage all personnel and coordinate hiring new employees
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Be adaptable in your interactions with staff
• Other duties that may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
