Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will report to the Branch Managers and oversee 1-3 warehouse employees. 

Responsabilities:

• Truck maintenance, lifts (charging), trailer repair
• Consumable supplies (springs, oxygen/acetylene, trim, punch angle, and PPE)
• Parts management including tools
• Support sales of wholesale parts
• Maintenance of building, dumpster service, fire extinguishers, alarm system (responds to alarm activation), light bulb replacement, etc.
• Arranging & tracking truck maintenance (oil changes, tire replacement, and repairs)
• Parts management, including ordering supplies, receiving and counting inventory, and reporting outages to the office.
• Using company software to communicate with the office and maintain the warehouse.
• Coordinating and tracking RGA’s
• Communicates issues to management when items come to their attention from installers and service personnel
• Unloading trucks, pulling loads, and supporting the daily operations of installers and service personnel; which may include going into the field to support installers
• Promote quality installations including “building doors” when stock issues persist
• Assists in getting material to installers when necessary
• Physical counts of monthly inventory items (residential)
• Participates in safety meetings & attends other events in order to maintain good safety awareness

Required Qualifications:

• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good organization skills with attention to detail
• Highly productive & team-oriented individual
• Must be a self-starter who learns independently, displays initiative and creativity
• Possesses problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize to maximize productivity
• Must be able to multitask in a high impact fast-paced department
• Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet needs in a changing environment
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Must have Warehouse management experience
• Construction industry experience preferably in the door industry
