INSPYR Solutions is Hiring a Service Desk Technician Near Bowie, MD

Title: Copyright Service Desk

Location: Remote

Duration: 14 weeks CTH

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or or Authorized to work in US

Job Description:

Below are the CSD Tech duties:

The Copyright service desk personnel answer calls and emails relating to external (eCO) Electronic Copyright Office issues and internal staff requests/issues.

We address Copyright technical issues, providing high levels of customer service. The role often requires knowledge of the Service Now ticketing system, troubleshooting.

extensively and escalating issues to Tier 2/3 as necessary.

  • Support external user eCO web portal ( www.copyright.gov ) technical questions.
  • Support/Troubleshoot Copyright Internal staff request and escalations critical issues.
  • Use SCCM for remote access into internal staff computers to troubleshoot specific issues.
  • Document and escalate Incidents & Case tickets into the ServiceNow tracking system.

Provide Tier I support for Copyright staff to troubleshoot the Siebel application and hardware issues in a timely manner.

  • Provide Siebel Administration support for Copyright staff rights/permissions.
