Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience
• Working service desk with remote and desk-side troubleshooting via phone and ticketing system.
• Windows 10 (Windows 11 HUGE plus, soon updating to 11)
• Office 365
• Troubleshooting hardware/software
• Active Directory familiarity
• Great Customer Service
