A Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional Assistant (or QDDP Assistant) is responsible for providing assistance to the Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professionals.
General Responsibilities :
- Reviewing / Emailing weekly note reports to providers
- Reviewing documentation from DBHDS licensed providers
- Creating a weekly note report based off of the information and documentation provided
- Preparing paperwork for QDDPs, prior to meetings
- Entering plans into Electronic Health Records for providers
- Requesting documents from Family / Individual / Support Coordinator
- Maintaining open communication with providers regarding missing documentation & billable notes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Time Management
- Effective Written and oral skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications :
- Former DSP Lead / DSP experience preferred
- Previous HIPAA / Human Rights experience preferred
Desired Experience : 1-3 years preferred, all will be considered
