The problems that our clients are solving are complex and interesting, and we’re looking for designers who can expertly navigate the ever-changing landscape of capabilities and restrictions.

Here’s what you’ll do at Inspire11

• Design interfaces for iOS and Android applications that not only look good, but that Do The Job They’re Supposed To
• Stay up to date on UX/UI design trends in the mobile space, and integrate these where applicable; our clients like to future-proof their digital products
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to blend business needs, technological capabilities and platform constraints
• Plan, conduct, and lead client project meetings

• Prepare for and lead design sprints
• Deliver low/hi-fi prototypes, and work with Devs to make sure the prototype we’re getting clients excited about can actually be built
• Work with UX design-related software and tools including Figma, Mural, Sketch and InVision
• Create wireframes, journey maps, user personae, and other design artifacts

Why you are a fit for Inspire11:

• You recognize how UX and UI work on mobile platforms to allow users to “just do the job” intuitively, and with as little cognitive load as possible
• You are familiar with how the digital development process works, understand how design fits into the overall workflow
• You can see beyond the obvious to craft innovative solutions to complex problems
• You have at least 3 years of mobile experience, and can clearly articulate how you contributed to designing native mobile apps and/or responsive website designs
