RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the People Analytics team with HR reporting and analytics across primary stakeholder groups
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics such as employee engagement, retention, diversity, and inclusion
Develop, execute, and deliver ad-hoc reports based on Inspire company restaurants' business requirements
Use statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns in data and communicate insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of data analysis experience using Microsoft tools, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Workday
2 years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and/or other visualization software
2 years of experience in a people analytics role, preferably in a large organization
2 years of developing strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively and independently with limited guidance oversight, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

Develop strategies, standards, and best practices in the areas of data wrangling, data visualization, and data integration and lead adoption throughout analytical platforms.
Comprehend and deliver on requests and tasks of medium scope and complexity under general supervision; tasks are reviewed for adequacy and accuracy.
Design new methodologies and execute investigative data analyses of moderate complexity in response to business requests for internal customers.
Review metrics for anomalies and perform analysis to determine causes and develop solutions for stakeholders to implement corrective measures.
Perform analysis and integrate Inspire Brands, customer data, and third-party data to solve unique analytical solutions.
Design and execute analysis of new sources of data to quantify quality, uniqueness, coverage and overlap with Inspire Brands sources.
Ensure proper use of Inspire Brands' data assets by working closely with data governance and compliance professionals.
Using Big Data tools, responsible for gathering and organizing disparate data sets for the creation of insights.
Stay current with the rapidly developing Big Data technologies landscape and share knowledge internally.
Analyze and document business needs to identify potential solutions using standardized toolsets and apply critical problem-solving skills in specific use case scenarios.
Think creatively and communicate the results of data analysis to non-technical partners and peers.
Responsibility for handling confidential internal data sensitively and ethically, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time
