RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and guidance to help users troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP-related issues.
• Communicate with users; utilize the support ticketing system to review and assess the scope of the problem.
• Gather and document functional business requirements for enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain integrations between Oracles Cloud and third-party boundary systems using OICS using different orchestration.
• Develop and/or troubleshoot Oracle Cloud BI / OTBI reports.
• Install or assist with the installation and testing of Oracle hot-fixes and patches.
• Maintain knowledge of quarterly Oracle ERP Cloud updates, trends, and best practices.
• Make recommendations to the Business for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Draft and/or revise user training manuals and operation procedures.
• Maintain and document support services provided in the ticketing system or other appropriate knowledge databases.
• Gather and document Functional business requirements in order to identify appropriate product features for implementation.
• Provide Functional Specification documents, for technical teams to design technical specifications and to create technical procedures.
• Develop and design a strategy for integrating configuration and development activities into an integrated project plan for implementation.
• Liaise with Data Modelers and ETL experts to design the Data Model and identify strategies for extracting, transforming, and loading financial data.
• Responsible for providing inputs to the feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable.
• Troubleshoot issues with applications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

• Knowledge of BI Reports and FBDI Spreadsheets.
• Must work with PLSQL, Web Services, SOAP, and REST. Development experience on SOAP, REST services with JSON or XML-based integrations.
• Good understanding of Oracle PaaS architecture and security concepts.
• Comfortable in XML and XSLT processing.
• Good knowledge and experience in web and client-server technologies.
• Good to have knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI / OTBI reports.
• Work with Oracle support by opening SRs and implementing solutions.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle - requirements, design, build/configuration, test, and deploy.
