Accounting Clerk

As our Accounting Clerk, you will be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. 

You Should Have:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting with a focus on billable hours and inventory management
• 2 years of working experience managing billable hours.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.

Your Responsibilities as the Accounting Clerk:

• Manage and track billable hours for employees and contractors
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure accurate billing
• Prepare invoices based on billable hours and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to gather billable hours data
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical inventory with accounting records
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in identifying discrepancies
• Assist in analyzing inventory trends and making recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels
