Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a

Transportation and Logistics Coordinator. In this position, you will play a key role in coordinating

logistics operations and providing excellent customer service to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination, transportation management with secondary experience in procurement and customer service. Excellent written and oral communication, strong competency with office management software and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight forwarding and intermodal, domestic and international cargo transportation management and coordination
• Oversee and manage logistics and transportation, and related customer services to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management for the products in a global market
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation and storage for containers and platforms
• Book, schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize transportation costs
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any issues or delays
• Support procurement requirements and processes
• Proactively provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and product availability
• Proactively address customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention
• efforts
• Utilize and inform chain of command for awareness and decision support
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain management and operations, with a focus on transportation and logistics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
