One of Insight Global's real estate clients is looking for an entry level listing concierge that sits on the west coast.

This position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of listing packages. Position requires the individual to act as a liaison between the sales associate and various vendor partners.

The Listing Concierge is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders with a primary focus on exceptional customer service.

The manager is needing someone with strong artistic / visual / marketing related skills. Their hope is to have them start as a temp and then transition to permanent.

We don't need them to be graphic designers, but just have an eye for style and be able to choose the most flattering photos for a property.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of customer service and administrative experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships
• Accuracy and a strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to follow direction and utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to multitask and effectively perform in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in managing problems involving several variables, ability to work under pressure within deadlines
• Skilled in managing and prioritizing shifting responsibilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior real estate experience
• Adobe in-design or photoshop
• Excel

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
