Our client in the F&I industry is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to repot to their Director of Data Analytics and Financial Systems. The Financial Systems Administrator supports our clients continued growth strategy by working with key stakeholders to not only support existing implementations but also analyze and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for system configuration, upgrades, security administration, change management, monitoring, governance, and integration of system components. The Financial System Administrator will also be responsible for working with internal and external customers to understand business needs, design, test and implement technical solutions that support needed integrations, reporting, and standardization of use across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
3 years of experience in administering and customizing financial systems, with specific expertise in NetSuite and Dynamics 365.
Strong technical proficiency in both NetSuite and Dynamics 365 financial modules, including configuration, customization, and administration.
Experienced across several modules including Advanced Financials GL, AR, AP, and Treasurer Automation Suite
Experience with SuiteScript (for NetSuite) and Power Platform tools (for D365) for customization and development.
Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools, such as SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience overseeing a migration from Dynamics to NetSuite
NetSuite and Dynamics 365 certifications
