Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree- IT Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
*CPA or MBA Preferred
· Minimum 3 years NetSuite System Administrator experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

· A Project Management certification is preferred.
· Experience with ERP implementations
· Strong financial accounting background and operational analysis skills.
· Hands on management style
· Microsoft Office suite experience

• High level Excel skills
• Office 365 skills

· Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred
· Experience with ERP implementations as well as other business operating software implementations
· Avalara Sales & Use tax assessment software
· Big 4 or Accounting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
· Support the Senior Manager of Systems in the development, project management and interfacing of various IT systems projects.
· Manage and understand IT Systems and related administrative functions.
· Effectively support the maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system and the primary operating system
· Assist with the continuous improvement of the recently implemented NetSuite ERP system and other business software implementations
· Assist in the development of operational reporting meeting the leadership teams’ requirements.
· Perform other duties and ad hoc project assignments necessary to support the VP of Finance & Accounting, CFO, and leadership team.
