A high school diploma and 2 or more years of relevant experience working in a physician / medical practice setting, or equivalency.

Prefer a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience working in a physician / medical practice setting, or equivalency.

Job Duty :
Coordinates all scheduling and referral processes for Brain Health Network patients and providers, including, but not limited to, scheduling patient appointments, conducting patient reminder calls, authorizing services, handling medical records, following up with patients and providers, and creating / maintaining schedule templates.
