A high school diploma and 2 or more years of relevant experience working in a physician / medical practice setting, or equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prefer a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience working in a physician / medical practice setting, or equivalency.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and be flexible.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Job Duty :

Coordinates all scheduling and referral processes for Brain Health Network patients and providers, including, but not limited to, scheduling patient appointments, conducting patient reminder calls, authorizing services, handling medical records, following up with patients and providers, and creating / maintaining schedule templates.

Assists with data input and data management functions related to patient care and research activities for the Brain Health Network.

Ensures data is entered within 24 hours of rendered services and provides reports to providers within 24 hours of receipt of completed reports / summaries.
