Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and craft a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assist in food handling and preparation as needed
- Provide recommendations on drink selections to customers
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beer styles is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an advantage
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
We offer competitive pay rates based on experience. This position is full-time or part-time, depending on availability.
