Program Manager Group Homes
InReach provides a wide variety of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a full-time salaried position for a Qualified Professional responsible for developing and coordinating Plans of Care for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities living in the Group Home program. Must have a working knowledge of the principles of behavior Management and behavioral techniques. Must also be willing to work cooperatively with community partners as well as staff from other InReach departments, respond to all needs and requests positively and professionally, and be available to provide/share on-call service for emergencies. A salaried position, based on experience, will be discussed at the interview.

Rate: $50,000 salaried
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm hours may vary depending on staffing needs. Overnights and weekend hours may be necessary.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
All Program Managers must have Qualified Professional status; (4-year college degree in human service field plus two-year's supervised habilitative experience working with special needs population, residential experience preferred OR 4-year college degree in non-human service field plus four-year's supervised habilitative experience).
Must have 2 years of supervisory experience. Possess a valid driver's license, have use of a vehicle 24 hours a day, and maintain a safe driving record. Must be able to travel to any group home at any time of the day or night. Must be available to share on-call responsibilities.
