Position Overview: As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be an essential part of our sales efforts, reaching out to potential customers over the phone with a smile in your voice. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings to drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with a cheerful and upbeat attitude.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.
• Overcome objections and address concerns with confidence and positivity.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• A positive and bubbly personality that shines through over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
