Job Details
Court square Animal Hospital is looking to hire a receptionist to join our team! We are looking to hire immediately. Experience in a veterinary practice is required.
Here is what Your day may Consist of:
- Answering phones
- Taking messages
- Greeting clients
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering emails
- Maintaining the lobby and front desk area
- Creating patient/client profiles
- Data entry
We are a new and fast-paced office that opened in July 2019, so teamwork and the ability to multitask are important. Court Square is one of several practices part of the West Hills Animal Hospital Family, which is a group of family-owned practices that recently partnered with Innovetive Petcare on Long Island. It is our first hospital in the city, so this is a very new and exciting experience for all of us! We are looking to hire a hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate new team member to help us continue to grow and develop as a hospital that cares about animals just as much as we do!
