Field Laboratory Technician

• The Position : We’re looking for a candidate to fill the Field Laboratory Technician position who will support the Event Services Coordinator.
• Job Type : Full time, Salary, Hybrid schedule does not follow a traditional 9-5.
• Salary : $37,000 - 42,000 yearly

Requirements :

• A curiosity & a general comfort in working with human cadaveric specimen.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, professional and detail oriented.
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Computer proficiency including working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities :

• Availability to work on weekends.
• 80%-90% of Job responsibility is staffing events for Innoved Clients.
• Availability for occasional additional hours or weekend laboratory special events.
• Additional tasks include assisting other departments as needed, and training provided.
• Makes all own travel arrangements, following company guidelines.
• Develop client specific resource material.
• Report all Invoicing information discrepancies for events staffed.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, while in frequently fast-paced environments
• Able to work under changing conditions and urgent needs.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and internal standards of procedure.
• Understand, enforce, and utilize safe lab practices and maintain a clean working environment and facility standards.
• Ability to be flexible working with regularly changing priorities.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by Innoved Management.

Physical Demands :

Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time, ascend, and descend stairs.
