Innovative Services and Solutions, LLC is Hiring an Adminstrative Assistant Near Baltimore, MD

Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to manually key in demographic information of our current providers into our new credentialing system. Once this initial task is completed, the candidate will assist in uploading records to specific files within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually key demographic information of current providers into the new credentialing system.
  • Assist in uploading records to designated files within the system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity.
  • Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in HR or credentialing is advantageous but not required.
  • Availability to work from 8am to 4pm preferred.
  • Full-time availability preferred, with flexibility to work part-time on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.54 - $30.00 per hour
