Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Medication Reminders
- Help with household chores and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and transfers for patients with limited mobility
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical documentation

Experience:
- Experience in dementia care, patient care, senior care, nursing home, catheter care, assisted living, is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility challenges
- Proficiency in medical documentation is a plus
