Job Description
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our client for a hybrid role in Boston, MA! As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in assisting attorneys with various tasks related to litigation, ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $100,000-$110,000/year!
Responsibilities:
Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys.
Organize and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems.
Perform administrative duties such as calendaring hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics.
Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.
File pleadings with court clerk.
Attend trials/arbitrations, liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties, and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Availability for overtime work and intermittent travel for trial.
Ability to function effectively independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to effectively multitask, manage time-sensitive documents, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
