We are seeking attorneys who have the drive to hone their litigation skills, and this position provides excellent exposure for attorneys seeking hands-on experience including bench and trial experience!

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
• Two plus years of prior litigation experience working as a licensed attorney practicing in Massachusetts Federal and State Courts.
• Prior experience conducting depositions and managing trial exhibits.

Areas of Concentration:

• Construction
• Hospital and Medical Malpractice
• Medical Malpractice/Long-Term Care Facilities
• Premise and General Liability Defense
• Products Liability
• Professional Liability
• Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense

Salary: $110K - $125K (commensurate with experience).
