Dermatology medical office seeking a detail and customer-oriented individual to join our front desk in our Wilmington, DE office. Work hours are generally Mondays-Thursdays 7:30AM to approximately 5:45PM (depending on the weekday).
Job Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting co-pays, and helping with maintenance of the office. On-the-job training is provided. There is room for advancement, and motivated candidates can learn more about billing and medical assistant work.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette, be proficient with computers, and have the ability to multi-task. Prior work experience in the medical, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a plus.
