Consisting of two key brands - FASTEN Packaging and Orchard Custom Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst, internally known as, Staff Accountant who will report to our Controller and will oversee all aspects of execution in the following accounting functions: Accounting and general ledger, accounts payable, credit and collections, customer billing, fixed assets, taxes, and other accounting activities.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Manage sales and use tax and any local taxes
• Coordinate with external CPA firms: prepare required work papers for quarterly/annual tax provisions;
• Compliance tax filings; coordinate and lead the year-end annual audit process
• Prepare for annual internal audit
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team on shipments, billing and inventory
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Develops controls and processes to minimize errors and improved accuracy of results

ABOUT YOU:

• You have an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
• You have at least 5 years of AP, AR, and GL experience
• Have experience working with NetSuite ERP - this is a must
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
