As a Maintenance Technician III , you will :

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building grounds and critical manufacturing support systems. Support the facilities department to perform preventative maintenance activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building and grounds as required to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform electrical (120V, 208V : 3-phase, 480v : 3-phase) and HVAC work. HVAC work will include cooling / refrigeration system maintenance
• Provide support to ensure pest control and building security requirements are maintained.
• Performed assigned preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to ensure reliability of equipment and compliance with specifications.
• Perform support and maintenance of the plant critical systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Purified Compendial Water Systems, Nitrogen) to ensure efficient operation and compliance with specifications.
• Support production and maintenance technicians as required to maintain plant manufacturing operation activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $35.00 - $38.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
