Summary

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building,grounds and critical manufacturing support systems. Support the facilities department to perform preventative maintenance activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

List of primary responsibilities of this role that account for % or more of the work. Incumbent may perform other duties as assigned.)

  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building and grounds as required to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform electrical (V, V : -phase, v : -phase) and HVAC work. HVAC work will include cooling / refrigeration system maintenance
  • Provide support to ensure pest control and building security requirements are maintained.
  • Performed assigned preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to ensure reliability of equipment and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform support and maintenance of the plant critical systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Purified Compendial Water Systems, Nitrogen) to ensure efficient operation and compliance with specifications.
  • Support production and maintenance technicians as required to maintain plant manufacturing operation activities.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (ability to read, write and speak fluent English) and understanding of cGMP regulations.

Good procedural writing skills.

Ensure compliance with EHS requirements

Education and / or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. - years of mechanical systems repair is desired.
