Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are growing and seek to add an experienced and enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of our company's Google Ads, GMB, and other campaigns for our company's properties. Your passion for E-Commerce will result in adopting and implementing Digital Marketing best practices across all Digital channels under the direction of our Marketing Manager & Director of Revenue.
A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile analyst, a web enthusiast, and a team player. You will actively participate in data collection and analyses to improve the company’s Digital Marketing practices over time.
Job Descriptions
· Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns.
· Writing ad copy and Organic Search Optimized content.
· Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the websites for SEO Purposes
· Collaborate with our web developer on page redesigns and organic search content.
· Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms digital platforms
· Conduct Daily/Weekly audits of paid campaigns and optimize them to increase return on investment.
· Identifies digital trends and insights to optimize performance and digital spending.
· Plans, executes, and measures digital experiments and conversion tests.
· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
· Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
· Conduct monthly Audits of listing platforms to ensure correct information is displayed.
· Conduct occasional audits to ensure reputation management is answering reviews regularly
· Use Google Ads, OTA, and third-party sites to drive online marketing campaigns.
· Collaborate with a team of marketers.
· Develop and maintain a report in our tracking platform for monthly review.
· Work in a multidisciplinary environment.
· Perform additional marketing tasks requested as per organizational needs.
Requirements
· A degree in marketing or a related business field or Google Ad certifications
· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting systems.
· An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
· Competency with Microsoft Products, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Great problem-solving & communication skills
· Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe
· Deep knowledge of web design principles
· Strong project management skills
