Position Summary:

Our Field Manager based out of the Moses Lake area supervises the field teams, sales and marketing, advertising and promotion, order set up, planning, and coordinating all aspects of rental hay tarp and silage cover installation.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate, call, and meet with businesses and organizations for potential new business and on-going business including maintaining a follow up process to improve customer relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, schedule and control all sales, account receivables, and rental activity in assigned area.
  • Provide direction for field teams including hiring, training, coaching, giving direction, motivating, evaluating, disciplining, and termination of employment.
  • Manage fleet of vehicles, equipment, and facilities across divisions including ensuring compliance with all DOT processes.
  • Participate by providing input in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
  • Improve the performance of the business including productivity, material usage, sales costs, rental installation, and field quality and efficiency.
  • Review and approve payroll, time records, and service paperwork for field teams.
  • Supervise employees in prioritizing workloads to ensure there are adequate resources including contingency arrangements to meet customers’ needs.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales or relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with customer relations
  • Willing to work irregular hours (long hours in peak season)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in management/supervisor role preferred.
  • Experience in agriculture industry and/or similar products and distribution preferred.
  • Driver’s license and ability to be insured under company's insurance carrier.
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
