The Program Manager oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including communicating, organizing, staffing, and leading program activities. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Manager performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to the following:

Communicate

• Be available to field calls from House Managers and Direct Care Staff 24/7
• Coordinate with House Managers to ensure that all appointments are properly scheduled and attended
• Report any incidents to Program Director immediately after information is received

Organize

• Complete forms and records to document program activities
• Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization

Staff

• Be available to personally cover shifts if necessary
• Implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organization
• Always in consultation with the Human Resources Manager and Program Director

Lead

• Communicate with managers to ensure effective and efficient service delivery 
• Supervise managers and staff by providing direction, input and feedback
