We are currently seeking a full time Nurse Manager to join our team for our DC location. This position will primarily be responsible for the client assessments and oversight of the clinical staff; this is an administrative role in the office; Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

The Nurse Manager should have an active RN license in DC that is in good standing. At least 3 years of experience in specialized home care or home health, and at least 2 years of progressive nursing leadership, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is a plus; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are looking for a confident Nurse Manager who has:

• Familiarity with home care, home health or long term care
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior success in developing and building effective teams through motivating and coaching team members
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The Nurse Manager is responsible for:

• The clinical assessments of the DC region in collaboration with the IAH Executive Director
• Supervising the delivery of home care services to include client care and EHR documentation
• Assures compliance with all state, federal, and OSHA health regulations/standards
• Ensuring client care plans are updated according to changes in resident's needs
• Visiting client homes to complete assessments which may include driving to their homes
• Acts as a leader by ensuring productivity, efficiency and accuracy of work performed by the team
• Assists in promoting home care services to the community
• Serve as back up RN support to the other IAH regions
