Infront X is looking for someone to take the helm of its Product Management practice. 

The Director of Product Management at Infront X has a multifaceted role, representing Infront X’s product management offerings, consult with clients to develop product strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and directly manage our product management staff. 

Responsibilities

Leadership: 

• Represents the organization as a strategic lead in sales pitches, client events, industry engagements, and Infront leadership meetings.
• Collaborating with strategy, project management, engineering, solution architecture, and account teams to deliver complex digital experiences for our clients in the sports and entertainment industry.

Consulting & Project Delivery: 

• Act as our principal product strategist, developing business cases and connecting the dots between feature decisions and client ROI
• Guide clients and Infront X teams to develop industry best advice and deliverables through all stages of the product life cycle: research, strategy, planning, roadmapping, requirements, and launch
• Drive product strategy and the creation and execution of customers' roadmaps via data and insights driven decisions that lead to business results
• Organize, communicate, and document business-level requirements in a thorough and clear manner 
• Manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and tasks
• Advocate for client and the user

Management: 

• Directly manage Infront X’s product management team with an eye towards team growth, skill acquisition, and personal career development.
• Builds global product management procedures, inclusive of establishing tools and standardizing deliverables.
• Participate in new business pursuits, defining product strategy for a variety of sports and entertainment clients
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, creating partnerships with design, engineering, technology, project management, and analytics. 

Requirements

• 8 years of experience, with at least 5 in product management roles in the professional service industry. 
• 3 years managing and leading employees and/or complex team efforts.
• 3 years of consulting experience. This includes the ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, think creatively, and develop and execute strategies that serve the needs of clients.
• Demonstrated track record of developing senior level relationships.
• Track record of innovation with point of view on AR, VR, edge computing, and 5G. Appetite for web 3.0 opportunities and a point of view on its application within the sports industry.
• Demonstrated ability to: 
  • Prioritize your own time based on project timelines
  • Push projects forward with continual progress
  • Quickly become expert in client/project domain 
  • Concisely summarize complex issues and make clear, compelling recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in product management or related field.
