Talent Specialist
The role of Talent Specialist is responsible for the execution of the recruitment strategy and follow-through of attracting a diverse pool of top talent to build a best-in-class and highly motivated workforce. They are responsible for overarching recruiting for InfraSource including job postings, attending community job fairs and events, establishing, and supporting internal and external business relationships, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, and interacting with diverse individuals and organizations.
