Job Title: HR Professional
Pay Rate: $26 to $28/HR
Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of further extension)
Location: Gibsonton, FL (Onsite)

Shift - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time

The main focus of this role is to work on two projects, the redesign and/or creation of legally compliant job descriptions for a large manufacturing site and the creation of a performance review program for the hourly workforce. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment and must be knowledgeable about HR processes and procedures. Candidates who have experience in a startup manufacturing operation are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professionals, and department managers toreview and evaluate existing job descriptions
• Conduct job analysis and research to identify key responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for each role
• Develop, write, and/or redesign job descriptions that are clear, concise, and legally compliant
• Ensure that job descriptions are consistent across all departments and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Communicate with managers to verify the accuracy of job descriptions and make necessary revisions
• Develop a system to maintain and update job descriptions as necessary
• Collaborate with HRBP, Business Excellence Professionals, and department managers to develop a performance review program for the hourly workforce
• Develop performance review forms and templates that are easy to use and understand

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in HR, with experience in manufacturing environments (particularly with Blue collar workforce - Contract workforce/employees)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including job analysis and job description writing
• Experience in developing and implementing performance review programs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bilingual Candidates (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
