The main focus of this role is to work on two projects, the redesign and/or creation of legally compliant job descriptions for a large manufacturing site and the creation of a performance review program for the hourly workforce. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment and must be knowledgeable about HR processes and procedures. Candidates who have experience in a startup manufacturing operation are preferred.
