Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Help Desk Specialist to work out of our Lansing, Michigan office. The Customer Service Help Desk Specialist provides technical and customer service support to financial institutions and state employees.
Two different work schedules are available for this position: 7:30 am to 6 pm (10 hours per day, 4 days per week) OR 9:30 am to 6 pm (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
Job Functions:
o Website Issues
o Log-in and user id issues
o Program topics
o Compliance
o Past Due Invoices
o Help prepare and mail outreach/participation packets to financial institutions
o New project implementation
o Non-compliance
o Technical file issues
o Ability to read and understand control reports
o Use of a daily checklist
o Cross-check file processing across duplicate state projects
Required Qualifications:
· Windows and Microsoft Office experience required with extensive use of
o Outlook
o Excel
o Word
· Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
