Informatic Computer Solution is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Houston, TX
(Relocation: Should be open to relocating Nationwide.)
(NO C2C will be Entertained.)
This role will be responsible for hands-on application development to support the current and target process, as well as partnering with the multiple Technology teams to implement the target architecture and migration to strategic platform. Typically requires 1 years of applicable experience.
Job Title: Business Analyst
Required Experience: 1 years of IT experience.
Technical Skills (Primary):
- Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge preferably Prop/Casualty with excellent knowledge in North American/Indian/Asia Pacific/UK market
- Must possess good understanding of Insurance Core functionalities such as Policy, Billing, Claims and corresponding third-party Integrations.
- Forms background a plus and Strong knowledge of types of transactions and OOS
- Experience leading a business requirement process with both technical and business partners.
- Solid conflict management and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Experience with digital technologies, BPM tools and basic understanding of Majesco technical architecture.
Technical Skills (Secondary):
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
- Data Analysis, Reporting, and documentation
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Negotiation and Cost-Benefit Analysis.
- Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
Soft Skills
- As this is an onsite role,
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
- Teamwork & Adaptability, Customer Focus/Understanding, Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving, Leadership Skills, Flexibility
- Co-ordinates well with Offshore Dev Team in Status Calls.
