Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse General Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, optimizing processes for efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and procedures to create a safe working environment for all warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold product quality standards and minimize errors in order fulfillment.
• Vendor Relations: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on warehouse activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the warehouse budget, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
