Responsibilities:
- Implement curriculum & follow lesson plans
- Teach various subjects, including number sense, emerging literacy, and social & emotional learning
- Manage the classroom environment to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Follow all center policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an early childhood education setting
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Experience working with students of various ages and abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of tutoring techniques is a plus
