Recruiting Industry Specific Experts, LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Minneapolis, MN

The Client Service Specialist will provide client service and operational support to advisors and clients. This team player will be responsible for updating and maintaining the CRM, client files, reports, and other financial documentation. They will also play an essential role in coordinating potential and existing client meetings with advisors. The Client Service Specialist must have experience working directly with clients, custodians, and expertise with financial services software and CRMs. This is an ideal opportunity for an industry professional with high integrity and a strong passion for serving others who want to work in a collaborative environment with valuable mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with advisors, custodians, clients, and external partners to execute requests while ensuring a high caliber of client service is maintained
  • Complete administration and operational tasks for clients and advisors in accordance with business demands
  • Responsible for client onboarding process, ongoing maintenance of client files, detailed notes within the CRM, money movements, and all corresponding financial documentation
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for client inquiries regarding accessing their accounts, reports, policies, and various requests
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Series 65/66 License is required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Financial Services
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a salaried position subject to current market demands and candidate experience that offers the opportunity for bonuses and includes a generous benefits package. Salaries are reviewed regularly to ensure they are competitive within the industry and geographic area.
