Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Requirements:
- Salesman 2-5 years experience in staffing
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technology sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission
