About the Role: Security Executive

The Personal Security and Driver is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the employer while providing reliable and efficient transportation services. This role requires a combination of advanced driving skills, knowledge of security protocols, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in security, law enforcement or government agency background, excellent situational awareness, and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the employer and family at all times
• Conduct security assessments of destinations and routes
• Implement and follow security protocols to prevent or respond to incidents
• Monitor surroundings and maintain high situational awareness to detect and mitigate potential threats.
• Escort employer to meetings and events.
• Manage any emergency situations, including medical emergencies, vehicle breakdowns and threats in a calm and effective manner.
• Assist with family pick-up duties as required
• Walk business owners’ properties to prevent vagrancy

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years military or law enforcement
• Knowledge of security protocols
• Defensive driving experience
• Clean driving license
• CHL license

Candidate Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to changing schedules
